Swara Bhasker tied the knot with Social Activist- Fahad Ahmad

Swara Bhasker announced her wedding with political activist Fahad Ahmad, on Twitter. The actress shared a video with plethora of adorable moments detailing their love story. The Veere Di Wedding actress shared that the couple had registered their wedding in court on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act.

Fahad Ahmad is the Maharashtra Unit President of the Samajwadi Party youth wing- as per his Twitter bio.

Swara opted to go simple for her court wedding. In a the pictures, the actress can be seen dolled up in a maroon saree paired up with a white blouse, while her groom was seen sporting a white kurta set teamed up with maroon sleeveless jacket.

Taking to her social media account Swara shared a video of her and Fahad\’s adorable moments. Sharing the same she wrote, \”Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first.
