Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani got married on February 21, 2024, in an intimate yet lavish beachside ceremony in Goa. The bride and groom opted for wedding ensembles from the shelves of ace Indian designer, Tarun Tahiliani, for their big day. While Rakul wore a blush pink-hued lehenga adorned with 3D floral motifs all over it, Jackky complemented his bride in an ivory-hued sherwani.
Tarun Tahiliani shares the making process of Rakul Preet Singh ’s beautiful wedding lehenga
On February 22, 2024, the official Instagram page of Tarun Tahiliani posted the making of Rakul Preet Singh’s gorgeous wedding lehenga. The designer mentioned that it took more than a couple of thousand hours to make the actress’ wedding trousseau. The lehenga was hand-embroidered and embellished with three-dimensional floral motifs. The post was captioned as:
“Intricately hand-embroidered and bedecked with three-dimensional floral motifs in captivating ivory and blush hues. Crafted over a couple of thousand hours by our master artisans, the ensemble brought to life TT Bride. @rakulpreet \’s inherent spirit and charm.”
Rakul and Jackky got married in twin ceremonies at the ITC Grand Hotel in South Goa. They invited only family and closest friends for the ceremonies which included Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, Arjun Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana and others.

The couple had enlisted carbon footprint experts to ensure the eco-friendliness of their significant day. The couple’s ‘green’ wedding preparations include digital invites to save paper waste, a prohibition on fireworks. The specialists assessed the environmental impact of the wedding festivities and provided guidance on the number of trees required to neutralise the carbon footprint. After exchanging wedding vows, Rakul Preet and Jackky actively contributed to the tree-planting initiative.
