Nita Ambani was so impressed with Varanasi’s famous Kaashi Chaat Bhandar that she invited them to cater at the wedding. Guests enjoyed Pani Puri, Dahi Bhalla, Plain Sohal, Bhalla Papdi, Chura Matar, and more.

Virgilio\’s menu included dishes like Aji Limo with Saffron and Dates and Lentils Triangles with Pistachio Tiger’s Milk. Avinash Martin\’s menu featured traditional Goan and Portuguese dishes like Glazed King Oyster Mushroom Xacuti, Tender Coconut Carpaccio, Jeeresal Pancake, and Asparagus and Pine Nut Caldin.
