For Anant and Radhika\’s mehendi night, Shloka wore a golden-toned paan tissue silk saree featuring zari-work and heart-shaped embroidery on the border. The saree, paired with a matching blouse and a contrasting parrot green dupatta, was from Masaba Gupta\’s House Of Masaba and priced at Rs. 60,000.

Shloka Mehta\’s Heritage \’Kaliganthi\’ Neckpiece at Mehendi Ceremony

Shloka completed her look with her nani maa\’s pure silver and gold jewelry, including the timeless Kaliganthi neckpiece. This heritage piece, significant in Gujarati culture, symbolizes beauty, heritage, and protection. The necklace features several Raksha Yantra (amulets) or dodis made from gold filigree, strung together with kundan/jadua, gold flowers, clusters of gold beads, ghungroos, or gems interspersed with pearls. Shloka paired it with matching earrings and a maang teeka.

Shloka\’s chachi saas, Tina Ambani, also wore a Kaliganthi neckpiece at her wedding. Tina looked stunning in a red gharchola saree with traditional gold jewelry. Her look was completed with glam makeup, including blushed cheeks, red lipstick, winged eyes, and a peer bindi.
