Deepika Padukone is gracing the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival as a jury member

Cannes 2022 – film festival is here,and we are excited to see Deepika Padukone flaunting some jaw-dropping style statements this year. Deepika is gracing the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival as a jury member.

It won\’t be wrong to say that Deepika has set the Internet on fire with her stellar looks and a Sabyasachi sequin saree. For the opening ceremony, Deepika went for a retro style look, from the house of Sabyasachi.

The actress wore a Bengal Tiger couture sari that is a part of Sabya\’s Aakash Tara collection on the first day of Cannes 2022. Her ethnic drape has block-printed and hand-embroidered stripes covered with sequins, in an alternative manner. Deepika paired it with a strapless sequined blouse and statement jewellery pieces from Sabyasachi Bengal Royale Collection. The headband pays homage to the traditional Indian matha patti headpiece with Art Nouveau detailing. One can\’t miss those chandelier earrings!

Deepika pulled her hair back and went for dramatic makeup. She wore heavy eye makeup, (very similar to that of Julia Fox\’s style). She went for nude lips to keep the drama to the eyes!

Prior to this, Deepika Padukone carried a chique look with flared pants, silk shirt and a scarf. Her style statement was perfect for the summers. The actress added an ethnic twist to her look with heavy traditional jewellery. She wore Lucknow Rose- a deconstructed Maharani necklace along with uncut diamonds and earrings. She sealed the look with a beautiful silk scarf , matching with her shirt. She enhanced the look further with winged eyeliner and a brown lip colour.
